Who Is Your Like Family?
This is my friend. My Sister in Christ. God brought her into my life when 1 needed a mentor and friend. She brought strength when I needed it as l dug into the emotional darkness of turmoil and my past as I recreated the events in my story The Quest for Family.
That Has Laughed with You?
She laughed with me, she has cried with me, she has nudged me to keep moving forward. Last night she gave me a special token of her love, something priceless in love and rich in our Bohemian Czech heritage.
That Has Cried with You?
Something symbolic of our shared heritage and love she has for me as she keeps me in her prayers. Who is your "like family" that loves and encourages you filling the needs of a desire- the need for The Quest for Family?

Ch #2 Ugly and Beautiful
No matter how ugly life looks, God can pick up the pieces and build them into something beautiful. Your Masterpiece.
No matter how ugly life can look, God can make something beautiful from it. My life is a perfect example of that.
Ugly:
3 dads before age of 6 none of which were biological. Multiple moves by the age of 8 such as 6 states, Germany, and Bermuda twice. Physical, Emotional, Sexual, Spiritual Abuse and manipulation by parents. Kicked out at age 17. Infertility, Homeless, Hopeless, No Resources, no Confidence but my invisible friend was always with me.
Beautiful
A vision that led to a Cosmetology career. A Boss that cared and taught values and work ethic. Graduate school, Well-Being, Community, People who were the Hands and Feet of God, Family, Foster to Adopt, Found biological Father, World Traveler, a church family, and a family to call my own.
I can now be the hands and feet of God helping others just as those did for me.
I want to challenge you no matter how UGLY things look God can make it BEAUTIFUL and paint your own MASTERPIECE!
You can take your MASTERPIECE and use it to help others. Finding purpose.
